Ventura Market Report Below is what we’re seeing in the Ventura market when comparing numbers from last year to this year to date.

  • 1% increase in homes sold

  • 28% decrease in days on market

  • 16% increase in sold prices.

Days on market continues to shorten as the market in Ventura leans more towards sellers. Inventory continues to tighten which is driving prices up. Good news for buyers is that interest rates are still at historic lows!

Oxnard Market Report

Below is what we’re seeing in the Oxnard market when comparing numbers from last year to this year to date.

  • 1% decrease in homes sold

  • 13% decrease in days on market

  • 17% increase in sold prices.

Ojai Market Report Below is what we’re seeing in the Ojai market when comparing numbers from last year to this year to date.

  • 3% decrease in homes sold

  • 33% decrease in days on market

  • 18% increase in sold prices.

Low inventory continues to be a problem for buyers across our area. Uncertainty due to the pandemic and economy has caused home owners to put off selling their home. This amid low interest rates has led to a competitive market for buyers.
