Ojai Market Report Below is what we’re seeing in the Ojai market when comparing numbers from last year to this year to date.

  • 7% decrease in homes sold

  • 3% decrease in days on market

  • 13% increase in sold prices.

Low inventory continues to be a problem for buyers across our area. As demand continues to increase it pushes sale prices up and shortens market time of homes.


Ventura Market Report Below is what we’re seeing in the Ventura market when comparing numbers from last year to this year to date.

  • 16% decrease in homes sold

  • 8% decrease in days on market

  • 7% increase in sold prices.

Days on market continues to shorten as the market in Ventura leans more towards sellers. Good news for buyers is that prices are starting to balance off some instead of the sharp increases we were seeing in the summer.


Oxnard Market Report

Below is what we’re seeing in the Oxnard market when comparing numbers from last year to this year to date.

  • 11% decrease in homes sold

  • 5% decrease in days on market

  • 6% increase in sold prices.

Oxnard is starting to experience shorter market times as demand continues to increase. This has lead to an increase in sold prices. Buyers need to be prepared to give strong offers on well priced homes as it's a competitive market.
